We stopped by the STEK booth at SEMA to check out what’s new in the paint protection world. Artisan Auto Styling walked us through their latest Air Force Series film, and this stuff is on a different level.

The install process is shockingly easy. The air release technology lets the film sit down clean, smooth, and consistent without fighting it the entire way. In person, it genuinely looks like paint. The clarity, the finish, and the gloss levels are way beyond what you expect from traditional PPF.

It still self-heals, it is extremely hydrophobic, and the durability is exactly what you want if you’re protecting high-end builds or daily drivers that take a beating. Every installer that tested it at the booth had the same reaction. They were blown away by how clean it lays and how premium the surface looks once it is finished.

If you work in film, detailing, wrapping, or you’re building cars for clients, this is the kind of product that makes your life easier while leveling up the final result.

I’ve been chasing the idea of a minimal vertical build for our FX30 that shares the same capabilities as our primary FX3 and I finally got it figured out.

I’m using the Sony M&C app for the monitor and when plugged into USB-C, there is Zero latency. It’s also surprising not as heavy as it looks, and checks all the boxes that our FX3 vertical build does. If you’re like me and have been trying to minimize your rig, this is a great setup!

I am incredibly excited for the completion of this documentary, which is probably one of the biggest projects I have done so far in my career. The relief I feel now that it is finished is hard to put into words.

I am thankful for the group of extremely talented individuals who came together to bring this project to life in such a short amount of time. Their dedication and skills were crucial in making this project a reality.

It was an honor to film and edit this project for Red Bull and Jay The Wrap Specialist. I am grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with such esteemed partners.

This documentary takes you from start to finish, explaining the details of how all of this came together. Including the people behind the creation of this contraption.
We are excited to say that we are almost done with this film and we can’t wait to share it with everyone.
