So talk about a disappointment. So instead of tossing it in frustration I decided to make a sourdough version of pita chips. Sliced and sprayed with oil, 20 minutes at 350 and omg so yummy.
Fair warning: the tortilla chip effect is real:
half a loaf of sourdough too much pan of jalapeno sourdough chips just right.
