The 25-foot Santa is back…
even though I grumbled and questioned every life choice while putting him up.
But then I seen some tiny humans passing by, smiling like Christmas Morning…suddenly my little Grinch heart growed three sizes. 😏👊🏻🎅🏻

This is the kind energy I’m feelin’ from Tyler Shough after watching him step on that field against the Bucs.
Man showed up with that “Am I the baddest!? Am I the meanest!?” aura, glowing like he just unlocked the Last Dragon itself.
He wasn’t just playing football…
He was out there channeling swagger, power, and a whole lotta “KISS MY CONVERSE!” intensity. TYLER SHOUGH BOYYYY! THE SHEAUXGUN OF N’AWLINS! 👊🏻⚜️

I was grateful to play a small role in the Firehouse Subs event celebrating funds raised for new lifesaving equipment for our local firefighters. I cooked up a pot of pastalaya for several departments and guests. These men and women put their lives on the line for our communities every day, so serving them a hot meal as they received this new equipment felt like the very least I could do.
And getting to watch the jaws of life in action was a sweet bonus! 👊🏻

Day 2. After injecting with Cajun butter and seasoned with The Cajun Ninja seasoning… I made a Cajun butter and spread all over. As the butter melts I have baby yellow potatoes and onions to catch it.
