Meet Frederick Johnson, Jr., MD!

Dr. Johnson joined our health system in 2021 as a Vascular and Interventional Radiologist and is now on site every Monday and Thursday, providing a wide range of advanced, minimally invasive procedures! His services include, but are not limited to:

• Peripheral angiography with angioplasty and stenting
• Endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair (EVAR)
• Carotid angiography with stenting
• Biopsies (lung, liver, kidney, lymph nodes, and more)
• Drainage procedures (abscesses, seromas, hematomas)
• Treatment for blood clots, including DVT and pulmonary embolism interventions
• Vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty for spine compression fractures
• Port and tunneled catheter placement
• Cancer Treatment (Ablation of Liver, Kidney, Lung Tumors, and Y90 for Liver Cancer)
•Embolization procedures for Fibroids and enlarged prostates(BPH)
•Dialysis access interventions (fistulograms, angioplasty, stenting, thrombectomy)
