We've struck audio gold in Greg Harden's cassette tape archives again with the discovery of a 1987 Live Show recording of the Old Time Radio Hour.

Greg's in-studio guest was football standout Ray Guy at the end of his 14-year NFL career. He helped lead Thomson High School to two state championships and played in three Super Bowls. He'd go on to become the first pure punter to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2014.

We'll also share a funny Jerry Clower story about a raccoon hunting monkey and play a popular bluegrass tune by the Lewis family.

Saturday Morning we will be live from Ten until Noon for the Old Time Radio Hour. Call us if we can help you at 706-595-5122.

We'll be on air at 101.7 FM or you can listen online at www.wtho.com

One of Thomson's most successful businessmen, Boone Knox, is Greg Harden's guest tonight on the Original Old Time Radio Hour.

The interview took place in May of 1989 as Allied Bankshares was to merge with Southern National Bank. At the time, the Bank of Thomson was Georgia's Highest Performing bank with over 240 million dollars in assets. You'll hear some humorous tales including how Boone was kicked out of Thomson High School for a week, picking thistle out of Alfalfa fields as his first job at age 5, his under performance in the classroom and the football field, battling polio as a child and his many business pursuits.
