The last few days have been a whirlwind and nothing short of incredible. As many of you know, supporting and developing women in agriculture is one of my greatest passions. Seeing the women from all different backgrounds latch on and run head first into this experience was amazing. Not only are they leaving with new relationships and connections, but they’re also leaving with the tools and foundation to last a lifetime. Our She’s a Hand Ranch Camp left me speechless, and we have so much more in store in the future!

Spending this week at Cattleman U She’s a Hand Ranch Camp at our ranch in Toston, MT. This camp is all about empowering women on the ranch and giving them the tools and skills to last a lifetime. Building a community of boss ladies is the best feeling ever. This week is a huge WIN in my book ✔️

Hi friends! It's Friday and some of us are trying the impossible task of shutting off our work and worry brain while we spend time with friends and family.

If you know me, you know I LOVE a good brain dump, and I have found that the secret to a stress-free Saturday and Sunday is a Friday brain dump.

This could take 2 minutes or 20.
Get out your pen & paper or your notes app on your phone.
Ready. Set. Go.

Now spill all of your worries, stressors, to-dos...
Get it all out of your head so that you can be present this weekend.
Make a list of Monday "first thing to-do's"
List out next week's tasks and highlight your major ones that you can't skip out on. I recommend breaking up separate lists for home & work.

Next, list out those other stressors that are nagging you. You're not sure where they fit, but you want them out of your head.
You can go through that list and scribble out unactionable tasks and just move those to an "ideas" or "visit later" category.
You're already going to be feeling like a new person after this.

Now enjoy your weekend! Monday's to do's will get here on Monday. They're not in the present and they're not taking space up in your mind.

If you haven’t checked out the newest Cattleman U episode, it’s a super real & honest Q&A with me. It was scary but fun to step out of comfort zone with some of the questions and that is something I’m challenging myself to do this year… STEP OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE ✔️ because that’s where growth happens right?

As a small business owner, its easy to get comfortable and stay comfortable, but it’s important to get back to the WHO WHAT WHEN WHERE WHY and remember why you hustled so hard, AND THEN convey that to your audience.

Daily Gratitude Habits
1. Write down 5 things you’re thankful for each morning.
2. Make a conscious effort to appreciate 3 people every day.
3. Turn something annoying into a blessing. When you get thrown a new work task, be thankful you have a job! “You GET to do that, not you have to do that.”
