Welcome to June. God Already Has Plans.

Can we just take a second and acknowledge something remarkable? You made it to June. Everything that January threw at you. Everything February asked of you. The uncertainty of March, the grind of April, the push through May. You made it through every single month and here you are standing at the door of a brand new one with thirty days of unwritten possibility stretched out in front of you.

That is not an accident. That is grace.

Psalm 31:14-15 says "But I trust in you Lord I say you are my God. My times are in your hands."

My times are in your hands. Five words that should completely reframe the way you walk into June this morning. Your timeline is not subject to the economy. Your story is not at the mercy of circumstances. Your future is not determined by what May did or did not produce. Your times are in the hands of a God who has never once dropped anything He was holding.

June is a blank canvas and the most creative Being in the universe is holding the brush. He has already mapped out moments in this month that are going to leave you speechless. Doors that are going to open that you stopped expecting. Breakthroughs that have been building beneath the surface all year long that are finally about to push through.

But here is your part. Show up every single day of this month fully surrendered and fully expectant. Not coasting into summer on autopilot. Alive and awake and paying attention to every opportunity God places in your path.

June is not just another month. In the hands of God it is another chance to see Him do something brand new.

Welcome to June. He is already out there ahead of you.

Lord, take every single day of this month and fill it with Your purpose and Your presence and Your power. We are stepping into June with our hands open and our expectations high. Amen.

Today Could Change Everything

Most Sundays feel pretty similar from the outside. Get up, get ready, find a parking spot, grab a bulletin, take a seat. The routine of it can make something supernatural feel surprisingly ordinary if you are not careful. And the enemy loves nothing more than a believer who walks into the house of God on autopilot expecting nothing and receiving exactly that.

But what if today was different. What if you walked in expecting everything.

Acts 2:17 says "In the last days God says I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy your young men will see visions your old men will dream dreams."

Pour out. That is not a trickle. That is not a carefully measured distribution of just enough to get by. That is an overwhelming generous unstoppable outpouring from a God who does not do anything halfway when His people gather together hungry and expectant and fully surrendered to whatever He wants to do in the room.

The same Spirit that fell on the day of Pentecost and turned a group of ordinary frightened people into a movement that changed the entire world is the same Spirit that is present in every gathering of believers who show up today meaning business.

You are not just going to church this morning. You are stepping into a moment that has the potential to shift something in you permanently. A word that lands in exactly the right place. A moment of worship that breaks something loose. An encounter with God that you will still be talking about years from now.

But you have to walk in expecting it.

Leave the ordinary outside in the parking lot. Bring your hunger through the door.

Today could change everything. Walk in like you actually believe that.

Lord, pour out Your Spirit on every gathering of believers today and do something in us that only You can do. Amen.

Saturday Is Not a Throwaway Day

Saturday has a reputation for being the day you recover from the week and brace yourself for the next one. The day you run errands and catch up on sleep and exist somewhere between last week and next week without doing anything particularly intentional with the hours God specifically placed in your hands today.

But what if Saturday was actually one of your most powerful days of the week.

Ephesians 5:15-16 says "Be very careful then how you live not as unwise but as wise making the most of every opportunity because the days are evil."

Every opportunity. Not just the Monday through Friday ones. Not just the ones that show up in a professional setting or a church building. Every opportunity including the Saturday morning ones that most people sleep through or scroll through without a second thought.

Here is what wise living on a Saturday looks like. It is not grinding when you should be resting. It is being intentional about how you invest the margin that the weekend gives you. Calling the person you have been meaning to call. Having the conversation you have been putting off. Pouring into your family with the kind of presence the workweek never quite allows. Sitting with God long enough to hear something He has been trying to say all week over the noise.

The days are moving faster than any of us are comfortable admitting. Saturday is not a throwaway day. It is twenty four hours that God specifically gave you and will one day ask you about.

Make it count today. Not perfectly. Just intentionally.

Lord, help us be wise with every hour of this Saturday and make the most of every opportunity You have placed in this day. Amen.

Friday Proof

Stop right there before you race into the weekend and just take inventory for one honest second. Think about where you were on Monday morning. The thing you were worried about. The situation that felt impossible. The conversation you were dreading. The circumstance that had you wondering how in the world it was going to work itself out.

Look at where you are right now.

That distance between Monday and Friday is not luck. That is not coincidence. That is not you finally figuring it out on your own.

That is God.

Psalm 77:11-12 says "I will remember the deeds of the Lord yes I will remember your miracles of long ago. I will consider all your works and meditate on all your mighty deeds."

Remember. That word is doing something really important. Because the enemy knows that a believer who forgets what God has already done is a believer who struggles to trust what God is about to do. Memory is a weapon. Remembering His faithfulness is one of the most powerful things you can do when the next hard season shows up at your door.

So before this Friday disappears into the weekend make a mental list. Not of everything that went wrong this week. Of everything God brought you through. Every moment He showed up. Every door He opened. Every time He gave you exactly what you needed in exactly the right moment.

That list is your Friday proof that He was here all week.

He was here then. He will be here next week. He has never once left.

Go enjoy the weekend with a grateful heart that remembers what He did.

Lord, help us never forget Your faithfulness this week and let the memory of it fuel our trust for everything that is still ahead. Amen.
