For having needs. For taking up space. For being inconvenient. But you don’t owe the world an apology for having ADHD. You don’t owe anyone smaller versions of yourself. You’re allowed to exist loudly, messily, imperfectly. You’re allowed to need accommodations without shame. You’re allowed to stop shrinking. No more apologies for being human. 💙
