‼️ Important Policy Reminder: 1-Hour Pick-Up Policy ‼️🐾

At Spa 4 Paws, our goal is to keep grooming as stress-free and one-on-one as possible for every pup in our care. Lately, we’ve noticed that some dogs are being left for extended periods after their grooming appointments are finished. While we absolutely love your pets, this takes up space that we need for other clients — and it’s not fair to the dogs who are left waiting.

To help us maintain a calm, safe environment for all our furry friends, we are now strictly enforcing our 1-hour pick-up policy.

🐶 Once your pet’s groom is complete you receive a “ your pet is ready” text message, you’ll have up to one hour AFTER the text to pick them up.

💬 Please communicate with us if you’re running late — we completely understand that things happen or you need them to stay just a little longer for your doctors appointment or meeting !

💲 However, if we do not hear from you and your dog is left past that time, there will be a $25 late pick-up fee.

🚫 This especially applies to after-hours pick-ups, as our staff cannot stay late without notice.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we do our best to make Spa 4 Paws a calm, happy place for all pups (and people)
