May is Lupus Awareness Month, and we are ready for our fifth annual Nuestra Gente LUPUS 5K. Help us raise awareness about the physical, emotional, and financial impact of lupus. Join us this May 31st at 11:00 AM at Swan Creek Park, 4659 Airport Hwy., Toledo, Ohio. We will have prizes for the winners, $200 first place, second place $100, and third place $100.

Everything in this house was donated by Nuestra Gente. We have assisted and helped many families with everything they need to have a welcoming home in Lucas County!

Nuestra Gente provided Christmas assistance to families in need in Lucas County. Once again, Nuestra Gente Community Projects, Inc. offered free toys to children from low-income families, connecting donors with children in need through community partnerships for local distribution. Feliz Navidad with Nuestra Gente is a program run entirely by volunteers. 100 families benefited from the program last year.
