This fall, I will be working on a project that will ultimately bring more awareness to my mother’s case, and all I’ve had to deal with at the Klamath County Sheriff's Office, and Klamath County.

It will be raw.. in-depth.. and I’m already feeling the emotions I know it will bring; But truth is on my side, and the truth needs to be told.

❕2️⃣ WEEKS❕

It’s been 2 weeks since KRISTINE PEREIRA broke her conditional release (on 28 Felonies, 5 active cases) and nothing has been done.

She continues to walk free because SHERIFF SHANE MITCHELL’s Klamath County Sheriff's Office has still NOT filed a report with the Klamath County District Attorney’s Office, despite DA David Schutt’s efforts.

This afternoon, Klamath County COMMISSIONER ANDY NICHOLS voiced, again, his strong position that Public Safety needs to take precedent across the state of Oregon. ⬇️

I’ve noticed more residents are making public comments, including remotely, at the Klamath County Board of Commissioners weekly meetings.

This is AMAZING to see!

Whatever your issue is, I know it is not easy to raise your voice when you worry you won’t be heard, or could be retaliated against by those in authority.

As the saying goes, “Speak even if your voice shakes” 🇺🇸
