This clip takes me back to October at the Caribbean Club, hosting, vibing, and moving in my joy.

It’s been a while, but I’m thankful for everyone who’s still here, those who kept checking in,
those who never stopped supporting, and those who are just now discovering me, thank you too fir being here...✨

I’m stepping back into the space God created for me with intention, movement as medicine, dance as healing, and self-love while whining my waistline.

Toledo got its first snow drop already..…and whew, I felt it. This time of year can be beautiful and heavy, especially when the cold months hit our energy and our mood.
