With a few exceptions, I (Daryl) will not be producing/editing content for AlterWorld Paranormal in the foreseeable future.

There are many reasons for this. From a creative standpoint, I feel satisfied. When it comes to our documentary content, I believe I have accomplished all that I can with what I have. Now I want to move on to other (and very different) video projects. Personally, I want to work on these projects while my health is still holding up. And logistically, after 4 years, we can't seem to expand our audience past the 260+ subscribers on our YouTube channel, the 200+ followers here and the few who follow and/or subscribe to our Patreon. Our views and audience retention have declined steadily (in some cases significantly) over the past year on YouTube. Our subscribers there have fluctuated between 260-267 during that time period as well. Growth has become almost non-existent.

I never expected us to have 10 million subscribers or anything like that. But as a low-budget operation, one of my original goals was to win over a large enough audience so that we could establish enough support to increase and improve investigations/productions. Quite simply, it didn't happen. I can give you all my scathing opinions on overdemanding algorithms being a big part of that, but I'll keep those opinions to myself.

However, there's many other reasons, both personal and financial, that have contributed to this decision.

I'd like to thank all of those who really tried their damnedest to spread the word and get us noticed this past 4 years. And thank you again to Dark Realm TV, who recently picked up our content for streaming. We hope AlterWorld Paranormal videos will find a healthy "afterlife" on their platform.

We will still remain active in paranormal investigations and on Facebook. And when/if I resume producing/editing videos for AlterWorld Paranormal again, I hope it will be with fresh ideas and a renewed purpose.

Our investigation of the Collingwood Arts Center yielded no personal experiences (at least not for us...it's always possible that some of the other groups may have had better luck encountering something). But regardless, we still hope that something good was captured on audio or video. If there's one thing I know about the CAC, it's that sometimes you may leave thinking nothing happened but reviewing footage can tell a different story.

It was also nice to see BD Morgan of Dark Realm TV/Lake Erie Paranormal again. He gave us a great interview about the CAC for our "Dark Travels" pilot episode back in 2023 and is enjoyable to talk to. It was also cool meeting some of the BOSS Paranormal members for the first time.

It's a shame that The City of Toledo Department of Memes ended up missing the festivities but things can change on a dime. Such is life. We wish him the best.

No plans to make any content out of tonight's investigation. We were there strictly for the thrill of the hunt, and if we find any significant evidence I'll edit together a "highlight reel" and post it here.

No exact time yet but the event begins at 8PM so it will be sometime after that.

Will we document more evidence of the strange energy that flows through "The Loop" on the third floor? Can we finally record an elusive shadow figure onto video? Will Daryl and Anthony both suffer 276 near-fatal accidents during the night? And will Chris Miller and Lenny White laugh at their misery?
