I forgot to post this, but thanks Grave for inviting me to attend Defcon (Mike Stalagmike). Getting to experience a solid goth / industrial night in NYC was something I've wanted to check off the list for a long time. Everyone was really cool, the jams were solid, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

I got to do some cool stuff and meet cool people while in NYC even though my main plans got cancelled. Overall I had a great time going to DEFCON goth night, seeing sextile, and exploring the city. I also got lucky enough that the storm never got as crazy as they thought. Now im off to Orlando :)

Unfortunately, The Prodigy couldn't play the show in NYC, but Sextile played two nights to make sure people got a party anyways. This was one of the most energy-soaked sets I've ever seen. I was a fan before, but i think I've crossed into superfan territory.
