Working on my first write up in a long time. Been busy with my own music and other ventures but I am excited to write again. My wife and I were able to make it to the 2nd night of Phish at Wrigley and also the Sunday show at Deer Creek. Here's my favorite video I took from the weekend to hold you over. Finally found the time to finish my show review of Yonder Mountain String Band's show at the House of Blues Cleveland earlier this month. The great show made the rough drive to Cleveland totally worth it. Read all about the show here!

Sorry for such a long layoff from writing! I just realized how long it has been! Needless to say I have been quite busy as of late. My main focus has been my band, The Groove Protocol. I recently snuck away to Cleveland for a night with Yonder Mountain String Band. That show review will be up soon!

Here's a new snippet from our practice yesterday. This is a really fun jam. It starts out with a completely improvised jam before segueing into Phish's AC/DC Bag which then organically morphed into a Tweezer Reprise jam! Just got my first writing assignment from Live For Live Music! They have a great site that I highly recommend! I am excited to push my writing skills to a new level and hopefully get me on track to do what I love, music!
