My name is Jennifer Roughton and I am a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist with five years of experience in the art of therapeutic touch. I am passionate about promoting wellness and enhancing the quality of life for my clients by approaching my practice with compassion, skill, and a commitment to excellence. Since earning my licensure in massage therapy with the Ohio State Medical Board, I have
immersed myself in the study and practice of various massage techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, post op recovery, pregnancy, and therapeutic massage My diverse skill set allows me to tailor each session to address my clients' specific needs, whether they are seeking relief from chronic pain, stress reduction, or relaxation. Throughout my career, I have cultivated a reputation for my intuitive approach to bodywork and my ability to create a calm, relaxing, welcoming and supportive environment for each and every one of my clients. I believe in the importance of building trust and rapport with those I serve, while understanding that open communication and a personalized approach is the key to achieving optimal results for each individual client. I am committed to empowering my clients with knowledge and self-care support for their overall well-being between sessions and helping my clients achieve long-lasting health and vitality. In addition to my hands-on work with clients, I stay informed about the latest advancements in massage therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunities. I am deeply committed to refining my skills and expanding my knowledge to better serve my clients and contribute to the field of holistic health and wellness. Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with my husband, kids and grandkids.
