We will need the mobile account number, pin, IMEI, and associated numbers to port.
Please make sure phones are unlocked. It should say so in Settings, General, and "About Phone" Section. Scroll all the way to the bottom. It will say "sim locked" or "no sim restrictions". The IMEI number will also be here.
