What a week! I've been on the edge of my seat waiting to share this news!!!

The award recognizes us as NEST’s top producing agency for the previous year, among 512 agencies nationwide.

I was present, along with 15 colleagues, to see our agency receive this honor. It's a testament of our dedication to each and every client, every vacation, every memory made.

Trade Shows are usually a snooze fest, but this one was genuinely so much fun!
I went in with a list of specific questions and goals for my conversations with top suppliers and new prospective partners; and was thrilled with the answers and insider tips that I took away.

Bonus: there were some GREAT snacks and treats! 🍿🍪🍭

Oh, and then later I met a set of B**r Burros at the dinner party!

I'm off to dinner and some mingling with colleagues and some of the best travel reps from literally around the world.

Today alone I've had personal conversations with reps from Ireland, Greece, the Bahamas, three luxury cruise lines, and sat in specialized training sessions that focus on client service and the newest industry updates!
Connections were made, and previous relationships strengthened.

Now, off to enjoy the hilltop party with tacos, desserts, open bar and a band.
As my youngest would say, A great day, indeed!

I've already taken care of a flight time change, modified their rental car pick up time, reached out to Disney Travel Company to add a discount to a vacation package, and reworked an itinerary to Ireland for next summer with fresh dates.
