I'd say today's farmers market trip was a SUCCESS! 🧺🍂🤎

Y'all, we made out like BANDITS! 😂🙌 Baked goods, fresh meat, veggies, pickles, jelly… a little bit of everything, and I couldn't be happier with our haul!

There's just something about shopping at a farmers market and knowing you're supporting local farmers, families, and small businesses who put so much love and hard work into what they do. Small businesses and local farmers for the WIN! 👏❤️

Now it's time to be productive! The Longhorns will be playing in the background while I organize the pantry and clean out the refrigerators and freezers. 🤘🏈

Then I'm turning our game room into a temporary bedroom for my mama! Her bed arrived yesterday, and now we're just waiting on the frame to get here tomorrow. 🥰 I'm so excited to get her little space set up and make her feel right at home.

A little shopping, a little football, a whole lot of organizing, and family time. Sounds like a pretty good Saturday to me! 🤍

Good morning & happy Saturday, friends! ☕🍂🤎

Y'ALL… WE WOKE UP TO 53 DEGREES IN TEXAS!!! 🙌🍁

I don't know about you, but THIS is the kind of weather I've been waiting for! A chilly fall morning, a hot cup of coffee, and Gilmore Girls on the TV. Does it get any better?! ☕🍂📺

We've got a pretty perfect Saturday planned!

First up, a little trip to the farmers market. 🧺🍎 Then it's all about family time because my niece and great-nephew surprised us last night by coming into town! 🥹❤️ Nothing makes me happier than having family together, especially when it's unexpected!

And for dinner? A BIG ol' pot of homemade deer chili! 🦌🥣 Because when Texas finally decides to give us some chilly weather, you better believe I'm making something warm and comforting!

Good coffee, beautiful weather, family time, and a house that will be smelling like chili later… these are the simple little things that make life so good. 🤍

Good morning & HAPPY FRIDAY, friends! ☕🍂🤎

Guess who's back?! MY MAMA! 🥰❤️ Y'all know I love having her here! I'll get to have her around for the next couple of weeks while she's helping take care of my grandparents, and I'm looking forward to spending some time with her.

We've got a busy couple of weeks ahead, but lots of fun things planned!

I've got a few videos I'll be filming and editing this weekend to share with y'all, our annual family pumpkin carving next week 🎃, Halloween preparations to finish, AND a birthday party to plan for my gramma and granddaughter! 🥳❤️

Fun fact: My gramma and granddaughter share the same birthday! 🥹 How special is that?! Different generations, same special day, and another reason to celebrate the people we love.

October is definitely keeping us busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Between family time, fall traditions, and all the little moments in between, this is the stuff that makes my heart happy. 🤍🍁

Good morning & happy Monday, friends! ☕🤍

Now y'all know it's not officially Monday without a little coffee! 😂☕ Big thanks to DeNovo Coffee - Tomball for this morning's much-needed pick-me-up!

But more importantly, can I just take a minute to say… GOD IS SO, SO GOOD! 🙌❤️

Last night, He answered some prayers that I've been praying for, and my heart is overflowing with happiness and gratitude. 🥹🙏

Sometimes we get so caught up in the things we're praying for that we forget to stop and thank Him for the prayers He's already answered. His timing is always perfect, even when we don't understand the waiting.

I will never stop giving Him the glory, the praise, and the thanks. 🤍

I'm heading into this new week with a grateful heart, a whole lot of happiness, and a reminder that God is always working, even when we can't see it.

I hope each of you has an absolutely amazing Monday and an even better week ahead! Remember, there's always something to be thankful for. ✨

Everyone that knows me knows I love trying new drinks.

Today's drink of choice is a Cherry Sprite with sweet cream from Sonic Drive-In, and y'all… WHY am I just now trying this?! 😍😂

It's sweet, creamy, refreshing, and SO good! Pretty sure this is about to become a regular in my drink rotation.

Now I'm wondering what other drink combinations I've been missing out on! 👀

64 years. ❤️

3 daughters.
12 grandchildren.
23 great-grandchildren.
2 great-great-grandchildren.

What an incredible legacy built from two people choosing each other over and over again for 64 years.

You just don’t see a love like this very often anymore. Our family may not be perfect, but somehow, these two are a big part of what makes it perfect. They are the foundation, the constant, and the love at the center of so many generations.

Their marriage is the kind of relationship you can only hope and pray to have one day. A lifetime of love, commitment, memories, hard times, good times, and still standing beside one another through it all.

I look up to them in more ways than they probably realize, and I’m so incredibly grateful that our family gets to witness a love story like theirs.

Happy 64th Anniversary to two of the most important people in my life. ❤️ Here’s to the beautiful life you built together and every single one of us who gets to call ourselves part of your legacy.

64 years down and still showing all of us what forever looks like. 🥹❤️

Good morning & happy Tuesday! ☕🤎
Nothing like a Tuesday that feels suspiciously like a Monday. 😂
I went to make my coffee before work this morning only to discover that someone had put the milk jug BACK in the refrigerator… WITH NO MILK IN IT. 😑
Who does that?!
Those dang kids. That’s who. 😂
So, no coffee before work. Then traffic was horrible, I was late, and apparently my coworker was having an equally rough morning. Thankfully, she understood the assignment and stopped by the new coffee spot in town, Waygood Coffee, and grabbed us both a coffee. 🙌☕
And y’all… it is SO good! 😍 Suddenly Tuesday is looking a little better.
Here’s hoping the rest of the day goes a little smoother because we’ve already had enough excitement for one morning. 😂
