There is something so beautiful about the love between a mother and her son. I never knew my heart was capable of holding a love this deep a love I didn’t even know existed until now. Postpartum has been a journey of relearning and unlearning. I can honestly say i am humbled and deeply grateful for these tools that have been such wonderful tools in my healing.

Of course we thrive in community, but my family does not live here so I'm grateful for the ones that have shown up for me & especially my husband.

To have a present husband to take care of me and the baby has moved me in ways that I'll never forget.

Here's to my 12th week of postpartum... I am really loving myself in a deeper way now more than ever with patience and grace.

The older I get, the more I realize that some of the best parts of me came from letting go of who I thought I had to be. Every shift in perspective, every lesson, every chapter has shaped me into someone I’m proud to become.
