CALLING ALL VENDORS FOR 2026

Click on link below to fill out application to be a vendor - At this time the only person able to discuss vendor information is Angela Kearney and Lee Hartman!

Vendors filling out applications for all 3 events in 2026 & paying ahead (by no later than Jan 31st) will receive an additional 5% discount on their total fees for the year!

We have made some changes - Cut off dates - After approval Contracts - packets at check in and more! We are so excited for the 2026 year as it will be our best one yet!!!

FOR THE Topeka Renaissance festival

We have been asked to think about "Christmas" next year & create an event for it...

We have also been asked to start a "renfest cosplay" group for the area....

We decided that going forward, other than parades, we would do volunteering at locally events & such, instead of the "nights out" that we did in the beginning. Of course when volunteering we will be in garb so consider that before requesting our help... so due to this we had some people ask us to get involved helping the local community to learn more about Garb & costuming...
