Topsfield Fair 2025, a full day of eating and entertainment, featuring local and international specialties. The best thing I ate was the “Oy Vey” sandwich, from the B’nai B’rith stand: beef chili, hot pastrami, braised brisket, topped with a potato pancake and served on a bulkie roll.
