Hi, this is my first time doing an “introduction” post. Truthfully, they always seemed kinda forced whenever I saw them but I think that was just me trying to put my head in the sand. And, no, this isn’t some sort of retirement announcement haha. I have always believed in “showing, not telling” but I’m learning that sometimes a little telling is needed. For the last 9 years, my life has been weddings and I have a deep gratitude for everyone I have crossed paths with. Whether you took the time to simply submit an inquiry or had me at your wedding to document. Regardless of my designated title, I have always strived to make sure the people in front of me felt comfortable and like they were in good hands. Being in an entirely new area I felt it important to take time to reflect, take inventory and look inward. To see what lies ahead and how to keep growing personally and professionally. I know my online “brand” presence isn’t the most polished or refined but what I hope the takeaway is that it’s human and not driven by engagement or metrics.
