🧭 About the Role

This is an Outside Sales / Territory Representative role focused on selling print and digital advertising across NJ Living Media’s network.

You’ll meet local business owners, build relationships, and create marketing packages that reach thousands of engaged residents.

💼 Compensation Structure

This is a 1099 subcontractor role with a temporary guaranteed salary during the ramp-up period, transitioning to a commission-only structure with strong recurring income.

Earning Range: $60,000–$120,000+ depending on performance.

North Jersey, ideally living near:
Totowa • Caldwell • Nutley • Montclair • Clifton • Wayne • Little Falls • Woodland Park

✨ Responsibilities
• Visit businesses to present print + digital advertising options
• Build and manage a territory pipeline
• Sell ad packages and multi-issue campaigns
• Follow up with leads and past advertisers
• Attend networking events and community gatherings
• Provide ongoing client service and support
• Be an enthusiastic ambassador for NJ Living Media

• Previous sales experience is great, but not required
• Confident, personable, and organized
• A natural relationship-builder

• Familiar with Northern NJ communities
