Any person interested in doing the challenge are welcomed to join

It can be group, paired, or individual exercises.

The exercises must be homemade, SAFE effective, require minimal time to complete, yields fast results, no special equipment or gym.

This challenge is strictly for home exercise.

Everyday you will upload videos of your workouts to inspire others to do the same

it is encouraged that you incorporate different items in your routines for those that want to modify your exercise for their individual intensity and resistance needs.

We are doing this challenge to build ourselves with the physical strength that is needed to breakdown negative vibes from around you... thusly by doing this we will experience the positivity that is not defeated by the chemical warfare of food, sugar, salt, stress, and subliminal advertising in our lives
