One of the most interesting parts of AtoZ Food America, in the opinion of many people, is the Recipes and Food Culture by Ethnic Group section. It's fascinating to see how the various groups that have come to the United States have impacted food culture. It's also interesting to see the places where dishes that are now considered "traditionally American" came from. It's a tasty lesson in history and culture and definitely a must for any library with a foodie population. https://www.worldtradepress.com/atoz-food-america-for-libraries/
