Water Wonderland Chapter ACBS The WWC/ACBS was founded in 1987 in Traverse City. Now, members hail from across the entire Great Lakes region.

It's a great community of vintage boaters - to gather, to share information and experiences, and last but not least, enjoying old boats!

A special thanks to Ken and Mary Kelly for hosting
a great fall leaf color in a small craft on quiet Twin Lakes water today! (10-4-25). It was great to have the opportunity to hang out and enjoy the MANY friends assembled! Thanks also to the Water Wonderland chapter for supplementing and providing lunch/sandwiches as well as everyone who contributed by bringing dishes/desserts!

Boats on TV Sitcoms Fun Facts:

During the famous "Hollywood: Part 3" episode of Happy Days, Fonzie was pulled by a MasterCraft tournament inboard ski boat.

Though the show is set in the 1950s, the episode filmed in 1977 and used a contemporary boat.
MasterCrafts of that era were known for their power and consistent pull for waterskiing.

In a 2013 forum post, users identified the vessel as a 1970s MasterCraft, noting it was a good choice for the stunt.
