⚠️ Having Trouble Calling 800 Numbers?

We’ve been hearing from a lot of customers experiencing issues when trying to reach 800 or other toll-free numbers. Calls may drop, not connect, or play a fast busy signal. Our engineer is working on a routing solution, but it is outside of our network.

If you’re running into this problem:
📞 Try calling from a different phone or carrier (mobile vs. landline).
🕒 Some services are aware and working on fixes, you may try again later.

We’ll share updates as we learn more. In the meantime, if you’ve found a workaround, drop it in the comments to help others!

All services should be back up and working with 2 exceptions on New Home Rd. The crews are still working and will restore the remaining services as soon as possible today.

Customers will start to come up slowly as the fibers are spliced back together. It has bee a very slow process due to the large size of cable that was vandalized /stolen. We are hopeing everyone is restored around midnight.

We ask that anyone with information on who may have done this, please contact Dade County Sheriff's Office. We appreciate all of the information you have provided us so far!

We are currently experiencing an issue with our internal email servers. As a result, email confirmations for online bill payments are temporarily unavailable.

✅ Your payments are still being processed as usual.
❌ You will not receive an email confirmation until the issue is resolved.
✅You may call the office for confirmation and/or a physical reciept.
❌You will not be able to verify your email for logins until the issue is resolved.

Our team is actively working to fix the problem.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

You may also make payments over the phone at 706-657-4367 and in-office during regular business hours. We also check the night drop every morning.
