Three Nigerian men have reportedly survived an extraordinary 11-day Atlantic journey after allegedly hiding on the rudder of the oil tanker Alithini II, which travelled from Lagos towards Spainโs Canary Islands.
Reports say Spanish authorities rescued the men in Las Palmas after they were found severely weak and dehydrated.
