Meet ALISSA ✂️

When she’s not behind the chair, Alissa is spending time with her three daughters - who keep her life full and busy. She recently moved back to her hometown, but Troy will always hold a special place in her heart after starting her career there.

With a love for hair that began in junior high, Alissa has been a licensed stylist since 2016. She enjoys connecting with her clients and helping their hair reflect how they feel - believing strongly in the idea that when you look good, you feel good.

She enjoys a wide range of services, with a focus on short women’s cuts, men’s cuts, layered texture, dimensional foiling and grey blending. Above all, she loves enhancing her clients’ natural hair and helping them feel confident and at their best.

Keep That Red Vibrant ❤️‍🔥

There’s nothing like a rich red… but let’s be real - it takes a little extra love to keep it that way.

If your color is fading faster than you’d like, here are a few sneaky culprits:

🚿 Hot showers – That steamy rinse feels amazing, but high temps strip color faster. Try lukewarm (or cooler!) water instead.

🧴 Overwashing – Red pigments fade every time you shampoo. Stick to 2–3 washes a week (just shampoo around your hairline for that fresh feeling and let the suds run through your mids & ends).

🔥 No heat protection – Hot tools without protection = fast track to dull, faded color. Always use a thermal protectant before styling.

✨ PRO TIP: Keep your color extra vibrant with a red-pigmented shampoo or conditioner between salon visits. It’s like a mini refresh at home!

With over two decades behind the chair - Shannon is known for razor cuts, dimensional color, precision shapes and textured layers. She gravitates toward shags and structured haircuts - drawing inspiration from Stevie Nicks, Gwen Stefani, Joan Jett and Drew Barrymore.

She is deeply committed to creating a space that moves away from toxic salon culture - something that has impacted the industry for far too long.

Outside of the salon, you’ll find her spending time with her son and daughter, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, volunteering, trying new restaurants and going to concerts.

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her outdoors - road trips, long walks, fishing or chasing waterfalls. If it involves nature, she’s all in.

She’d love to be a homebody, but her ADHD keeps her moving. When she does slow down, it’s cozy blankets, oversized sweatshirts, good music, naps, rainy days and something sweet.

Hannah has a quiet, laid-back personality and focuses on what she does best - creating beautiful hair. She’s not big on small talk, but she creates a calm, comfortable experience with great results.

I love how shiny this highlight turned out!!

The secret is in the toner! There are so many benefits, possible shades and tones! Keep in mind that a toner is demi-permanent and will fade over time!

Things like how often you shampoo, what you’re using for shampoo/conditioner/heat protection and too much exposure to sun can cause a toner to fade faster.

Meet ALICIA ✂️

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find her with her family, working on projects around the house, traveling to the Great Lakes in Michigan or heading to car shows. Racing has always been part of her life - previously owning a dirt sprint car team - and these days you’ll find her cruising in her 1968 Dodge Charger.

Alicia thrives on routine and structure. She takes a more traditional, old-school approach to hair - keeping a paper book, staying consistent and running an efficient schedule.

She works between guests throughout the day, keeping her schedule moving across a wide range of services. She keeps conversation flowing and creates a familiar, steady experience her clients can count on.
