It takes a stylist about THREE sessions to find the sweet spot for your hair.

The first appointment we're going in with basic information, learning what we can about your hair and your hair goals.

The second appointment we make any tweaks and changes needed.

The third should find the sweet spot and find your flow for all future appointments!!

✨ARE THERE SET SALON HOURS? We are open for business TUESDAY-SATURDAY, but every provider's schedule is different since we all run our own business's with-in the salon, and we all run by appointment only:OPERATING HOURS VARY.

✨I AM NEW TO THE SALON, HOW DO I CHOOSE A STYLIST? WELCOME! Head on over to Meet Our Team page. There, you will find information on all of our service providers. Click on the links to learn more about them and what they offer.

Everyone at Color Vibe Salon manages their own scheduling individually, usually through text message, email or online booking.

✨HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT? Every service provider at Color Vibe manages their own schedules- We're independent contractors! So, message your provider of choice directly for all of your appointment needs.


✨WHERE SHOULD I PARK? You've got options! We have a small parking lot located to the right side of the salon as well as parking on both sides of the street.

✨SHOULD I BRING A SNACK OR DRINK? The salon has a variety of snacks and drinks that are complimentary to anyone with an appointment and you can feel free to snack or drink anything set out in the waiting room!

✨CAN I PURCHASE TAKE-HOME PRODUCTS? YES! All of our stylist proudly carry whatever line that they deem fit for their clientele and our independent skincare specialist carries OSMOSIS products for sale in the salon.

✨Can I bring other guest to my appointment that do not have an appointment? Guests are welcomed, and we understand if you want extra company during your appointment. Although, we ask all guests to be mindful of our space and time to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

✨Are children allowed in the salon? We kindly ask to limit bringing the child that has an appointment. Please have them sit quietly in the waiting room until their appointment time and if you need to bring a child to your appointment, we kindly ask that they sit in the waiting room or by you on the salon floor quietly. Please note, this is for liability purposes as the salon can be dangerous for children with sharp objects, chemicals and hot tools. Children under 10 should be accompanied by an adult.

I am currently assisting the owner at COLOR VIBE SALON located at 6 North Madison Street in Troy ((OH)).

April 14 12-3, April 21st, and April 28th(other dates TBD). I will be looking for hair models from 11am to 2pm until I feel fully comfortable to be on my own, until then we are going through step by step trainings.

A toner aka a hair gloss may be a good option for you if you like to change up your hair color frequently because it can be changed much easier than permanent color (hence it being a demi-permanent option).

Demi- Permanent color last like a permanent, but fades out in your hair for up to 25 washes!! A hair gloss/toner not only allows you to change things up to have some fun, but can also be used in a clear base to add shine plus can keep your color more on the ashy side!!

You may have already met her since she has been an intern at Color Vibe Salon since her junior year, but if you haven’t you will see ALEXIA shadowing me to learn how to give you that relaxing head/neck/scalp massage, all the techniques/tricks that I utilize behind the chair, sanitizing, mixing color, business/customer service skills....you name it!

She can be a bit shy at first, but she hasn’t even graduated from the career center yet so in time she will learn to be more comfortable and confident in herself. She did, however, get her cosmetology license early so that’s why she is able to start with me utilizing the school-to-work program! I feel lucky to have found Alexia through the career center since I have worked with two of the instructors before and they seem to “get it right” when they recommend students to me ((hence where Hair by Hannah Musser came from)).

She has already cut my hair and I’ll tell ya she’s definitely a perfectionist so I can't wait to see her grow and start taking clients after finishing my program. Definitely keep an eye out for when that day comes because this girl has some talent.

Bob haircuts, one of my fav’s to cut!!! It is so versatile that it can be perfect on any face shape AND any hair type. It can be worn in so many different ways- sleek, straight, classic, textured, curly, layered, one length, with or without bangs ((you name it and it most likely can happen when a bob is involved)).

Bobs first gained popularity in 1920 and still is going strong to this day. A classic bob sits anywhere between the tips of the ears to right above the shoulders. As of late, we have seen the trend go longer toward the collar bone

This little salon of mine isn’t perfect. But of all the things that aren’t perfect, the zip code isn’t one of them. I was told that there were too many salons and stylist for me to ever build a successful business within my small town city limits. And to be honest I believed it at first.

But then I decided that I wasn’t going to listen to everyone else. I had a vision. Yes, there are tons of salons and amazing stylist. But every one of them have their own unique culture that they bring to the table.

There is only one salon with me in it, there is only one salon that creates the vibe that I feel at home in. When you stop focusing on fitting the mold and start focusing on what feels right to you, is when you will find the secret sauce to making everything work to your advantage.

It’s time we stop holding ourselves back and start believing in ourselves. Create your dreams, because if you wait for the right time or for someone else to do it, you will be waiting for a very long time and life is too short peeps. Live and enjoy it while you can!!
