The good news: the cake pop stayed on the stick. The bad news: absolutely none of it stayed in frame. 😂

The top comment on most of my cake pop videos is people either asking how to keep the cake on the stick or saying that it falls off the stick while you’re dipping it.

Your issue is in the texture of your cake pop dough. I’m going to take you through the process of what my preferred texture is and once you get that right then you don’t have to worry about it falling off the stick.
