🥳 Congratulations to our 2025 Festival of the Cranes Art Contest winner Joe Stanley! 🥳

Joe makes art in Magdalena, NM at his studio on Highway 60. Joe makes usable art in the form of furniture as art and metal sculptures. He also makes drawings and paintings. His winning sandhill crane artwork was created using enamel spray paints and oil based paint pens on hard surface.

We loved Joe's simple, unique and fun take on the sandhill crane! Joe’s work will be featured on the 2025 Festival of the Cranes apparel, notecards and much more!

As always, we were overwhelmed by the incredible amount of amazing sandhill crane inspired art that was entered in our annual Festival of the Cranes Art Contest! We’d like to thank everyone who submitted their amazing works, which so perfectly capture the magic of our beloved cranes! We can only choose one winner, but we'd like to showcase our top 10 favorite pieces. 🗣 Stay tuned for more art tomorrow! 🎨
