💪 LEG DAY ROUTINE (Glutes + Quads Focus)

Warm-up
• 5-10 min treadmill incline walk or stairmaster
• Dynamic stretches (leg swings, hip openers)

Main Workout
1. Barbell Hip Thrusts – 4 sets x 12 reps
2. Bulgarian Split Squats – 3 sets x 10 each leg
3. Leg Press (Feet High & Wide) – 4 sets x 10-12 reps
4. Romanian Deadlifts – 3 sets x 10 reps
5. Cable Kickbacks – 3 sets x 15 reps
6. Walking Lunges (with Dumbbells) – 3 sets x 20 steps

Optional Finisher
• 10-min stairmaster or jump squats (3 sets to failure)
