Join us for a one-night, farm-fresh culinary journey along the 32nd parallel, where shared climate and crops give rise to wildly different food traditions. This immersive dinner explores how the same sun, soil, and seasons shape flavors across cultures, using ingredients grown right here in similar conditions.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Catalina Mountains, enjoy an evening of delicious food, refreshing drinks, and a breathtaking sunset. Guests will also have the chance to take part in our silent auction, featuring an exciting selection of items, with details coming soon.

Festival recap: When chocolate artistry meets cultural celebration perfection. A recap of annual “Chiles, Chocolate and Day of the Dead Festival”. Tucson Chocolate Factory shared some amazing samples displaying Chocolatier Armando’s Bezies amazing creations. If you hadn’t had a chance do yourself a favor and try some of their amazing chocolates. The perfect holiday treat.

Part 2 of “The Whole Hog”. As mentioned previously this first dinner of the 2025 season paid homage to the Gastronomic Union of Tucson’s first dinner. And their formation as a response to Tucson’s designation from UNESCO as a city of Gastronomy has fueled a unique and intriguing camaraderie amongst our local Chefs. I am thankful for the opportunity to capture these moments 🎥 Enjoy the recap.Did you know the next G.U.T. dinner will be this Sunday July 26th) Get your tickets while you still can. This upcoming dinner “Globally Forked: A Tour of World Cuisines Through Plant-Based Plates” is sure to be a memorable one. The dinner will take place Sunday July 27th at The Carriage House - the birthplace of GUT dinners, located at 125 S. Arizona Avenue, just next to Charro Steak and Del Rey.Due to the nature of the event, this is a fixed menu dinner, and we are unable to offer substitutions. Tickets available at Eventbrite.
