We are excited to bring a completely unique Real Estate publication to the top agents in Tucson and their affiliates. Our mission is to create a more "community feel" among the top real estate agents and service providers in Southern Arizona by publishing a monthly publication, and hosting social events throughout the year. We aim to inform & inspire agents to take more action in their businesses

& communities while providing a platform to connect with like-minded affiliates who can support their growth.

Ashley Talavera’s a Tucson REALTOR® with Tierra Antigua Realty, part of The Gavlick Group with Ann and Ron Gavlick since 2024. Before real estate, she spent about a decade at Victoria’s Secret, working her way up to running a $6-million store, before making the leap five years ago — inspired partly by her stepmom’s success in the field.

Her career’s taken off fast: she helped 19 families last year (more than double than the year before), won Tucson Association of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year in 2023, and now mentoring others in real estate. She credits mentor Adrienne Cañez and the Gavlicks for her early success.

At home, she and husband Anthony (married since 2015) are raising sons Jesse and Joey, staying busy with camping, fishing, and sports. She’s also great at cooking and baking! Anthony is also studying for his own real estate license to join her business down the road, and she volunteers with groups like the Hope Foundation supporting kids and families in need.
