Big news today! After a long, fulfilling journey, Nostrovia Press is moving to archive as our editors (and writers!) start our new adventure as the Garden Party Collective! Our goal remains to publish amazing writing, but now we'll be inviting our contest winners to join the collective so they can pick the next year's collections

We're a group of confused homies tumbled thru years of asphalt-fluid evolution, growing thru ourselves into new cycles with our projects. There's been one constant thru our miles & stumbles; working to embrace our writers + push accessible Passionate Living > Making a Living. We're frequently on the road, hopping around the US w. our traveling bookstore, Books & Shovels, & chasing gigs, jumping between frame-packs & rubber tramping, couch-surfing & rooftops, busking & lit festivals, confusion & a lil less confusion. Process into Process.

This project kicked off in NH, in 2012, as a bumbling mess intertwined w. narcissistic self-promotion run by Jeremiah Walton. We've recently come to settle between the Bay Area & Tucson as home-bases, running an annual Chapbook Contest, our bi-annual zine F.A.L.D., & coordinating benefit gigs + poetry readings.

All our publications are distributed for sliding-scale donations, from our chapbook series to Books & Shovels. We have a lotta fresh noise rolling out 2018’s slashed up red carpet collaged to suit our changing schemes & projects. New homes. New shelves. New horizons. New lit.
