This story earned a front-page placement on today's Arizona Daily Star newspaper.
We haven't sampled this dish yet, but we think the creativity is off the charts!
Mexican food comes in several wonderful genres: Sonoran, Mexico City, Tex-Mex. Why not a "Nuevo Mexican" style that appeals to health-conscious diners?
Please share examples of you favorite contemporary dishes!

The newest offering on the restaurant's menu combines h**p, flax and chia seeds, quinoa, olive oil, nopalitos and fresh corn.

RIP Anthony. Sorry I never had a chance to show you around the Old Pueblo. — feeling sad.

This news is difficult to grasp. The whole Tucson Foodie office absolutely adored Anthony Bourdain. Chefs have expressed to us how influential he was to their careers.
