It's rally day in Arizona and the sunrise is beautiful. A few of us are meeting in Tucson to get started. We're meeting the Phoenix Riders in Safford, Arizona and from there we'll be taking us Route. 191 AKA The devils highway up to Springerville, Arizona. From there, we'll be riding all over the White Mountains over the next 5 days.

I saw this question on a Reddit motorcycle group a while back and thought it might be fun to ask the same question for scooters.
In your opinion, In the US, what is the scooter equivalent of the Toyota Corolla? In other words, a scooter which is cheap, unremarkable, generic and yet very useful and reliable?

Sometimes, things don't work out. We got 200 miles from home and my Burgman decided to get the hiccups. Actually, something is wrong with the center stand relay. That relay lets the bike know that you aren't on the center stand. In my case, the bike thinks the stand is still down. This profoundly affects the bike. 415 miles and 1 hiccup later I got back home. The new switch has been ordered.
