The Supreme Court announced Monday that it will take up a case examining whether individuals who regularly use ma*****na can legally possess fi****ms, the latest major gun rights case since the Court’s 2022 ruling that broadened Second Amendment protections.

The case stems from a request made during President Donald Trump’s administration, which urged the justices to reinstate the case against a Texas man accused of illegally owning a gun while admitting to being a habitual ma*****na user. A lower court had largely invalidated the federal law that prohibits gun ownership by anyone who uses illegal drugs, prompting the Justice Department to appeal.

Although the Trump administration has generally supported Second Amendment rights, government lawyers argued that this particular restriction is a reasonable and lawful limitation.

Oral arguments are expected to begin in early 2026, with a ruling anticipated by the summer.

Chinese exporters are PANICKING

And this is just the beginning. China can't replace the U.S. market that made it rich.

Reports flooding in:

The bottom line: China picked a fight they can't win. While America adjusts, the CCP will face the consequences of their refusal to truly open their own markets, or to abandon aggression against their neighbors.
