Foie gras is made by ramming a pipe down a duck's throat so they can be pumped with grain and force-fed until their liver grows up to 10 times it's normal size. is asking them to commit to remove foie gras from their menu permanently. This cruel dish has no place in a progressive city like Tucson.
Foie gras is so cruel, the sale, import, or production has been banned in 28 countries.
Until they enact a foie gras-free policy, compassionate animal advocates will continue to educate their customers about the cruelty of foie gras.
