You don’t need another course.

What you need is a place to bring the pieces together.

Your identity.
Your gifts.
Your experience.
Your calling.
Your influence.
And the thing you sense you’re supposed to do with all of it.

That’s the work we’re doing inside She Boldly Leads.

Over 12 weeks, this isn’t simply about collecting more information. It’s about reflection, application, conversation, support—and becoming clearer and more confident about what God has entrusted to you and how you’re called to steward it.

And you’ll leave with something tangible: your own Leadership Blueprint, bringing the pieces together and giving you a path forward.

We begin a new cohort soon❤️

If you’ve been thinking, “This sounds like the work I need to do,” I’d love to walk the journey with you.

She Boldly Leads details are in my bio.
Stay close for the new cohort start date.

Sometimes the hardest thing to release is something that isn’t wrong.

It may be a good idea.
A genuine opportunity.
Something you’re perfectly capable of doing.

But good and assigned are not always the same thing.

One of the disciplines of living with clarity is recognizing that you don’t have to pursue every possibility available to you.

There is freedom in knowing where your yes belongs.

I created today’s Clarity Shift to give you a few quiet minutes to consider what really belongs to you in this season.

Comment SHIFT and I’ll send it directly to you. ❤️

Your purpose may be lifelong. Your assignments are seasonal.

You can know your strengths and still be unclear about your assignment.

You can understand your calling and still not know how to express it.

You can have years of experience and still struggle to recognize how those experiences fit together.

And you can have a notebook full of ideas without knowing which one you’re supposed to build.

More information doesn’t necessarily solve that. Integration does.

That’s one of the reasons She Boldly Leads isn’t designed simply as twelve weeks of teaching.

We work through identity, assignment, influence, impact and how what God has placed in you can take meaningful form in the world.

Teaching matters.

But so do reflection, application, conversation, feedback and community.

Because sometimes the breakthrough isn’t learning something new.

It’s finally seeing how what you already carry fits together.

She Boldly Leads is opening again. ❤️

And this invitation is for the Christian woman who knows there’s more in her—but is ready to stop trying to piece it all together by herself.

Over 12 weeks, we’ll do the deeper work of becoming:

Clearer about who you are and what you’re called to carry.

More confident in your voice, leadership and decisions.

More intentional about who you’re called to influence and how you serve them.

Better equipped to turn your calling, gifts and experience into meaningful impact.

And you’ll leave with something tangible: a Leadership Blueprint that brings the pieces together and gives you a path forward.

This isn’t about adding more pressure to your life.

It’s about becoming equipped to live and lead with greater alignment.

The next She Boldly Leads cohort begins soon.

If you’ve been thinking, “This sounds like the work I need to do,” I’d love to have you join us.

There comes a point when the question has to change from:

“What would my life have looked like if I had started sooner?”

to:

“What will I do with what God has placed in my hands now?”

Purpose doesn’t expire because a birthday passed. And the years behind you aren’t necessarily lost years—they may contain the wisdom, experience and perspective you’ll need for what’s ahead.

You don’t need to recover yesterday.

You need to become intentional about today.

That’s part of why the work we do inside She Boldly Leads matters so deeply to me. Women shouldn’t arrive at another decade of life still unable to articulate who they are, what they’re carrying and how they’re called to use it.

You’re not too old. You’re not too late. There’s still something to steward. ❤️

What if I told you…

You have a lot going on
And you need a place to bring the pieces together.

Your identity.
Your gifts.
Your experience.
Your calling.
Your ideas.
Your influence.
And the thing you sense you’re supposed to do with all of it.

That’s what She Boldly Leads was built to help women do.

Over 12 weeks, we move beyond inspiration into the deeper work of becoming clear, confident and equipped to lead and build sustainably from a place of alignment.

And this is key - we don’t do it in isolation.

We do it with teaching, reflection, application, community and support—because sometimes what moves us forward isn’t more information.

It’s having the right environment in which to do the work.

A new She Boldly Leads cohort begins soon.

I’ll share enrollment details next. ❤️

Being capable can sometimes make clarity harder.

Because when you can do many things, you can easily find yourself doing many things—without ever stopping to ask which ones actually belong to you.

And eventually, capability without alignment becomes exhausting.

The goal isn’t to become less capable.

It’s to become more intentional about where your gifts, voice, influence and energy are being invested.

That’s part of the journey we’re taking inside She Boldly Leads.

Not simply, “What can I do?”

But:

Who am I?
What has God placed in me?
Who am I called to serve?
And what does it look like to build from that place?

New cohort beginning soon. ❤️

Before leadership is something you do, it’s something you live.

We often associate leadership with titles, platforms, teams or positions. But some of the most important leadership work happens long before anyone else sees it.

It’s the work of becoming grounded in who you are. Learning to trust your voice. Making aligned decisions. Stewarding your gifts and capacity wisely, and developing the courage to live from conviction rather than expectation.

That’s why, for me, bold leadership has never simply meant becoming more visible or influential. It begins with becoming - becoming the woman who can faithfully carry what God has entrusted to her.

That’s some of the deeper work we do inside She Boldly Leads.

A new cohort begins soon, and over the next several days I’ll be sharing more about the journey and who it’s designed for.

But for today, here’s a question worth sitting with:

Where is your life asking you to lead yourself more boldly?
