Happy closing day to Katie and Jeff!
I helped them buy this land back in July with some amazing dreams in mind—but then life did what life does and said, “plot twist!” So when they called me in January ready to sell, I was a little bummed at first… but then I heard about the bigger plans God had in store, and I couldn’t help but get excited with them.

🎉 Congratulations to the Actkinson Family on the successful sale of their home! 🎉

Funny story about how I got this listing—Casi and I grew up playing soccer together in California, and even though life took us in different directions, we stayed connected through social media. One day, out of the blue, she messaged me on Instagram and asked, “Do you sell real estate in Collinsville, OK?” My response? Heck yes, I do!

Her friends needed to sell their parents’ home, and I was so honored she thought of me. Casi even flew out here, and we spent a couple of days together catching up—it was the best! After an estate sale and a little prep, the house hit the market, and now here we are—closed and done on December 30th!

What an amazing way to end the year. I’m so grateful for old friends, new opportunities, and the chance to help families like this one. 🏡💛
