I’m writing you to explain to you that apparently Tim Tipton with Oklahoma Department of Safety Ordered 13 OHP troopers to the Eastern District Of Oklahoma United States Federal District Court located in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
This is United States Attorney Christopher Wilson’s USATT territory.
It’s is my understanding from Speaking to Jason Cole. From United States V Jason Cole.
That Jason became in fear to call his witness. Former OHP Trooper Mark Roach. Whom Tim Tipton wrongfully terminated for exercising post 9-11 federal mandates of open law enforcement communications when he Mark Roach as a 30 year active vet of OHP at that time. Went to his friend. Tulsa, Oklahoma District Attorney Steve Koonzwiler to advise Steve that OHP Captian himself Mark Roach observed OHP Trooper Ethan Ray Mulkey. Badge Number 201. Lies in reports. Pulls too many people over. And is outrageously violent and purposely violates citizens rights.
Yes. Mark Roach was fired for that bold honest work as an Oklahoma law man.
Ethan Ray Mulkey also stole $36,000.00 plus and only turned in $12,349.00 some dollars into evidence in the case of US V Jason Cole.
The OHP Troopers at 13 large. Apparently made Judge Ronald White visually nervous to defense lawyer for Jason Cole being Micheal Wayne Noland. Whom I’ve personally interviewed about this horrific act.
They also took Highway 16 back all the way from Muskogee following the defense lawyer Mike Noland back to US 75 off Highway 16. Mike Noland obtained a photograph.
Mike Noland was also directed by me David Bruce McDermott, II to forward his concern about OHP Trooper Ethan Ray Mulkey stealing $36,000.00
Some out of over $50,000.00 found and only $12,349.00 or so being turned in.
Former Tulsa ATF Agent Brandon McFadden stole 55lbs out of 110lbs of my crime families son’s ma*****na. That was not legal or nice. So. Special Prosecutor Jane Duke was assigned to the US Attorney’s Office in Tulsa, Oklahoma- from the Little Rock, Arkansas United States Attorney's Office. I spoke with Jane Duke when she called my cell phone 918-407-3395 for 2.5 hours after the successful take down of Former Tulsa ATF Agent Brandon McFadden was prosecuted and sentenced to federal custody.
I find the patterns of Ethan Ray Mulkey to be in excess of McFadden. I find Ethan Ray Mulkey to be murdering dangerous with lies to the max to cover up the truth about His shooting of Justin Douglas Snelson. In Okmulgee, Oklahoma. On Valentines Day. On DS Walker Facebook live. February 14th 2019. At Belmont and Taft. I David McDermott got a witness on video that the Oklahoma State Bureau Of investigation has not heard about nor Carol Iski the District Attorney who initially wanted to charge Ethan Ray Mulkey for wrongful death of Snelson. It appears that it’s highly potential she was illegally cross county influenced by her former boss out of Creek County District Attorney Max Cook.

13 OHP Troopers sent to change the outcome and the entire defense for Jason Cole.
All the sudden. Jason Cole would not call Former OHP Trooper Mark Roach before Jansons jury to educate the federal jury panel on how much of a dishonest law man Ethan Ray Mulkey has been.
Ethan Ray Mulkey. Told me he could lie in State Of Oklahoma V. Keith Troy Claxton. Case CM-2017-315 on May 7th 2017. I forced the case to trial before a jury for Keith Troy Claxton.
I had the trial transcripts of the case that Ethan Ray Mulkey lied from front to back on his encounter with Keith Troy Claxton.
Due to my two homes being blown up with sloppy C-4 Na**lm Bombs on January 6th 2021 at 9:00am.
It took me a while to order new transcripts and obtain them again.
When I sent my wife Dreama Sue Walker to get those transcripts. 10 deputies and Okmulgee County Sheriff Eddy Rice himself all watched Dreama go in. Get the transcripts and all made her know that she was leaving with them. Noteable and dismissive due to the fact that Eddy Rice is a very protective sheriff. Who Ethan Ray Mulkey lied to repeatedly and used to gain a Deputy Of The Year award.

Is under the name PassionateLizard216 and other anonymous profiles constantly telling me to shut up and for about 21 days now. Highway patrolmen ‼️Ethan mulkey‼️badge #201 has to be one of the worst police Iv ever encountered. I usually don’t have bad experiences with police I just comply and let them do what they need to do and go about my day . But lol Iv never felt like such a n # # in my life lol . I took my 4wheeler to get worked on , I backed in the mechanics yard to drop it off. As Im at the trailer un buckling my four wheeler. He pulls up jumps out of his patrol SUV and asked me who am I and do I have a ID .. as a person with nothing to hide. Extended my hand to shake his and an I gave him my drivers license with no problem. He goes to the truck to run my name and asked me to have a seat in his vehicle. Now remind you I wasn’t even driving. . so he tells me that he needs to run the Vin number on my four wheeler . questions me and asked me where did I get it from etc. etc… he asked me what do I do do for a living . He told me that I smell like ma*****na and I don’t even smoke w**d nor have I been around it .. and when I told him that he told me that , Then I probably sold drugs then . I thought to myself wow .. so he pulls my four wheeler off of the trailer and runs the vin . He then asked me is he going to find something illegal if he searches the truck ? ., I politely told him to knock himself out and go ahead. Lol because I don’t engage in illegal activity .. he then asked me have I ever been in jail and what’s the worst thing that I’ve ever been to jail for? .. I told him for a driving under suspension in my early 20s and I laughed and said . ” you have my name pulled up on your highway patrol screen. It should tell you everything you need to know right” he continues to search my truck and finds my fire arm , on only to run it for it to come back clean.. he then told me that my Mcanic was a bad guy implying that he stays in trouble . So I told him “ it’s not my business what people have done in the past , I told him that I don’t judge people based on their past because people wake up and change every day “ he then looked as if he had no words .. so after wasting about an hour and a half of my time . He comes back to the suv he’s had me setting in and says .. “ YOU SEEM TO BE A REALLY GOOD GUY” I laughed lol 😂 and said I guess i do seem to be a good guy after you just pulled up , ID’d me and got nothin , Randomly ran my vins on my 4wheeler , searched my vehicle front to back , questioned me , told me I’m drug dealer . And lied to me and said I was illegally parked and that’s was the cause of everything lol and then he told me well they are taken to long to run the numbers back so he’s going to let me go with a warning for being illegally, parked lol which that made absolutely no sense and that defeated the whole reason for you to even stopping and hit your lights… Iv never felt more profiled in my life lol .. as I leave from being pulled over. I get several calls, saying that the exact same thing has happened to them within the last few days in haskell ... I have no idea what Mr. Mulkey is dealing with it or going through but as a law abiding citizen. I hope he gets it figured out because I don’t feel like a person who’s being protected or served at all lol … I feel profiled and violated fr. Especially with him being a highway patrol . Most of them are pretty reasonable people .

This new relevance of US V Jason Cole is adding to the stress of the affidavit.
Jason Cole was directed by me to write an affidavit about Ethan Ray Mulkey taking his $36,000.00 and not reporting it pursuant to 18 USC 1746.

I David McDermott have not received my affidavit copy to add to my criminal affidavit to you about Ethan Ray Mulkey at 8485 Disney Road Mounds, Oklahoma and have a Post Master Case opened for that infraction against US Mail.

I’ve also left a voicemail to Judge Ronald White Requesting he make a statement to your office about the encounter OHP orchestrated to cause absolute obvious trial changing plans to the maximum.
I am also of the mind that it is potentially apparent that The FBI be assigned to make repeated inquiries as to the personal safety of former OHP Captian Mark Roach.
