📣 Big Win for Oklahoma Gun Owners!

Oklahoma just passed HB2818, a major pro-Second Amendment bill that strengthens the right to self-defense and finally clears up confusion around what counts as “brandishing” a firearm.

✅ You can now legally point a gun in self-defense—without automatically facing a felony charge.

✅ The new law also introduces “defensive display” protections, meaning actions like telling someone you’re armed, placing your hand on your holstered weapon, or briefly revealing your firearm in a non-threatening way are legally protected.

✅ If someone breaks into your home, business, vehicle, or church, the law now presumes you’re justified in using defensive force.

✅ And best of all—you’re protected from criminal charges AND civil lawsuits if your actions are lawful.

HB2818 is what real self-defense legislation looks like—and a reminder that your right to defend yourself, your loved ones, and your property shouldn’t come with legal penalties.
