This is a message I needed today. Focusing on emotional growth and mental wellness is draining. Being far away from home can be exciting, but also fill you with anxiety. FOR ME: A great reminder that it’s ok to cry and it’s ok to:
-Let your emotions fluctuate with what you are feeling inside (it’s ok, you’re not “crazy”)
-Process through the negative and don’t dwell inside the hurt too long
-Embrace the joy. Like really take a minute and physically look at what brings you joy and let your brain refocus to the positive.

And- it’s ok to just wake up, do one “TO DO” and take it from there.
