Forecasters are concerned that Tropical Storm Nolo may surge to a strength greater than Lala, that already left major damager on the Hawaiian Islands, meaning 30” or more of rainfall and 100mph + winds. Also still in the Pacific, Hurricane Polo will make land fall in northwestern Mexico, and U.S. states including New Mexico and Texas on alert for heavy downpours and high winds over the next few days.

Yesterday we told about a tropical rainstorm off the Pacific coast of Mexico. Today, say Hello to Hurricane Polo, who is expected to surge to Category 5 quickly, threatening the coastline with high winds and heavy rains.
