As creators, we always carry the baggage that for our creations to be validated, to be real, they must be seen by others. And if we are to know they have value, then we need others to desire our work. In other words, selling is the ultimate approval. It’s proof of success, but it shouldn’t be. For 30 years I was that artist. Today, I am a different artist, one without that baggage. Today, I am a creator who enjoys creating for the gift that creating is. Please enjoy this Mindset and know that by doing so, you are creating joy for this writer.
