🚨 MISSING AUTISTIC CHILD 🚨

The Tulsa Police Department needs your help to find Raymond Kellogg, a 15-year-old autistic and non-verbal child who went missing from the 12300 E Archer area.

He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, blue sweatpants, and may be barefoot. Raymond is drawn to water, which increases our concern for his safety.

📍 Last Seen: 12300 E Archer, Tulsa, OK
👕 Clothing: Gray shirt, blue sweatpants, possibly no shoes
