💼 About the Role:
As our Property Manager, you’ll be the go-to for everything from leasing to maintenance oversight — creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents. It’s property management with purpose.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading daily property operations like a boss 🏡
Handling leasing and ensuring housing regulation compliance
Managing budgets, rent collection, and vendor payments 💰
Building great relationships with residents and keeping them happy
Supervising maintenance staff and making sure everything stays in tip-top shape
📋 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2+ years of property management experience (Affordable Housing & LIHTC experience = major bonus points)
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to juggle tasks like a pro and make smart, independent decisions
✅ Familiar with Microsoft Office, budgeting, and reports
✅ Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
📍 Location:
Tulsa area properties, with occasional travel to neighboring communities
💵 Pay:
$18–$22/hour
